Ukraine develops soldierless army with robots and drones

The article focused on the transformation of the nature of the Russian-Ukrainian war through the use of robots and unmanned vehicles in military operations. Ukraine carried out over 50,000 missions using these vehicles in six months, including evacuating injured personnel, logistical supply, and direct combat, thereby reinforcing the concept of a "army without soldiers." The "Vivaldi" operation is considered a prime example of the effectiveness of this system, as it helped reclaim territories and shook Russian lines, while confirming that these robots remain under human control and face technical and environmental challenges. The emphasis is on producing large quantities of simple, inexpensive vehicles to reduce risks to soldiers. The Ukrainian army aspires to further rely on this technology and turn it into a core element of its future military operations.
