Netanyahu to Successor: Will South Lebanon Change

There is no main content in the provided text that directly and elaborately discusses the change in Israeli policy towards south Lebanon following Netanyahu's election or that of his successor. However, the text clarifies that the expected change in the Israeli government does not guarantee a radical shift in its security approach towards south Lebanon, especially concerning its stance on Hezbollah's weapons and the negotiating process with Lebanon. Even with Netanyahu's fall, security policies based on military硬line and a steadfast defensive doctrine remain in place, with the possibility that circumstances will stay the same or become more硬line, not less. The issue emphasizes that stability and security in the south depend on Lebanon's ability to establish control through the Lebanese army and to implement clear mechanisms for Israeli withdrawal, rather than solely on who is in power in Israel.
