Flydubai pilot stabbing sparks investigation
An incident occurred aboard a "Fly Dubai" plane during its flight from Abu Dhabi to Tel Aviv, when one of the pilots stabbed the other during a confrontation in the cockpit, resulting in one of them losing consciousness and posing a threat to the safety of the flight. According to investigations, the plane made a steep descent from an altitude of approximately 15,000 feet in Saudi Arabia, and Israeli passengers helped the crew regain control of the situation. Reports suggest that the incident may have stemmed from an internal altercation, and authorities do not rule out the possibility of a terrorist act, with one of the pilots possibly attempting to crash the plane or causing it to wreck. All passengers are reported to be in good condition, and Israeli military aircraft have been sent to Saudi Arabia to evacuate the travelers, with official statements confirming that the plane landed safely and there is no evidence of a hijacking operation.
