Lebanon General Amnesty: Who Leaves or Stays

Lebanon has enacted the General Amnesty Law No. 70 after it was signed by President Joseph Aoun. This law grants a comprehensive amnesty for crimes committed before March 1, 2026, resulting in the dismissal of public charges and the annulment of the associated penalties.
