Army mourns Major General Fadi Abou Shakra

Retired Brigadier General Fadi Abu Shaqra passed away in Lebanon at the age of 82. He was born on November 1, 1943, in Ama pours - Chouf. He volunteered for the Lebanese Army in 1962 and was promoted until he reached the rank of Brigadier General in July 2000. He received several medals, including the War Medal and the National Cedar Medal, at the ranks of Commander and Major Officer, and was praised multiple times by army leaders.
