Civil Defense recognizes French liaison officer

The Director General of the Lebanese Civil Defense, Brigadier General Imad Kharish, honored the French Liaison Officer, Armand Morand, after the completion of his mission in Lebanon, at the Technical Training Center of Civil Defense in Tahweelte – Fern El Shubak. The meeting was attended by the Chargé d'Affaires at the French Embassy in Beirut, the Beirut Fire Brigade Commander, secretaries-general of various organizations, and other officials. Brigadier General Kharish praised Morand’s efforts in strengthening cooperation between the Lebanese Civil Defense and the French side, expressing his wishes for success in Morand’s upcoming assignments. Morand, in turn, expressed his willingness to continue collaborating with the Lebanese Civil Defense and appreciated the relationship between the two parties. Brigadier General Kharish also presented him with a commemorative shield in recognition of his efforts.
