Indonesia hit by 6.9 quake again
A 6.9 magnitude earthquake struck the Sumatra Island in western Indonesia, just hours after a 7.7 magnitude quake that killed 38 people in the eastern part of the country. The epicenter of the new quake was in Pematangsiantar, about 126 kilometers southeast of Medan, and no tsunami warning was issued.
