Lebanese authorities arrest Syrian driver’s license forgery ring

Lebanese security forces have succeeded in apprehending a network involved in forging Syrian driving licenses and selling them to Syrian nationals inside Lebanon for amounts ranging from $25 to $70. One of the detainees, who supplied the network with fake licenses, was captured. It was revealed that the network had produced more than 20 illegally forged licenses. Investigations are ongoing to identify other accomplices and bring them to justice, as part of efforts to combat forgery and crimes related to driving licenses.
