Roy Keane criticizes Manchester City over alleged cheating
Manchester City has been found guilty by the Premier League of breaching financial rules over nine seasons, involving sham contracts and inflated revenue through secret sponsorship deals, totaling over €1.05 billion. Roy Keane strongly criticized the club for cheating, stating he would discard his medals if he played for City, and warned that the current players may struggle to maintain performance under owners guilty of misconduct. Other football figures have called for severe sanctions, with some suggesting the possibility of expulsion from the Premier League.
