Ethiopia examines UAE AI efforts

The United Arab Emirates emphasized the importance of investing in government leadership and enhancing their capabilities in artificial intelligence to improve government performance and community services. It also highlighted the value of exchanging expertise with countries around the world, especially Ethiopia, through training programs and knowledge visits involving 15 leading Emirati government entities in AI. The program aims to empower Ethiopian leaders to drive digital transformation using AI strategies, within the framework of a strategic partnership launched in 2023 that included more than 1,224 workshops and over one million training hours, benefiting more than 5.3 million trainees.
