Mexico elevates alert for three hurricanes

Mexican authorities have declared a state of alert due to the passage of three hurricanes and tropical storms heading toward the country's coasts, including two systems in the Pacific Ocean and one in the Gulf of Mexico. Hurricane Isaias is approaching the Gulf of Mexico, and a low-pressure system off Oaxaca may strengthen into a Category 1 hurricane with wind speeds reaching up to 120 kilometers per hour, with the possibility of intensifying to Category 2. Officials also warn of strong winds exceeding 120 km/h that could impact states such as Jalisco, Nayarit, and Sinaloa between Saturday and Monday.
