Second Qurā Raashid village opens in Zanzibar

The initiative, which was launched last year in Kenya, coincides with the eleventh anniversary of the passing of Sheikh Rashed bin Muhammad, to honor his legacy in charitable work and promote sustainable development. The village has been designed as an integrated, sustainable solution that includes community facilities, along with programs for skill development and support for small projects to enhance self-reliance. The implementation is overseen by a committee headed by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid to ensure the achievement of the initiative’s goals and to expand its impact.
