Al-Kathiri Names Rawan Al-Dawood to Board

Al-Kutaisi Holding Company announced the appointment of Rawan Al-Dawood as an Independent Board Member and Member of the Audit Committee, replacing Hussein Masoud Breik Al-Dosari who resigned for personal reasons, effective September 14, 2026.
