A total of nine members will be elected through a voting process that evaluates experience in the boards of joint-stock companies and the telecommunications sector, with a strict limit of holding no more than five board memberships in listed companies. Nominations will be accepted from September 7 to October 7, 2026. The date of the general assembly meeting will be announced later after all official procedures are completed.
