Kuwait's Electricity Explains Substation Outage

The official spokesperson for the Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy in Kuwait announced that the reason for one of the main transformer stations going out of service this Sunday morning was due to a sudden electrical discharge in one of the main transformers.
