Nearly 93% of frontline employees and 95% of leaders use these technologies at least weekly, which enhances their productivity and reshapes required skills. Additionally, 58% of frontline workers and 67% of leaders save eight hours of work each week thanks to AI tools. Furthermore, 60% of them expect AI agencies to handle half of their tasks within the next three years.
