Mecca: 7 districts enter development phase

The Royal Commission for Mecca and the Holy Places announced the inclusion of seven neighborhoods in the Developed Neighborhoods Program, covering a total area of over 4.48 million square meters, with the aim of improving the urban environment and enhancing the quality of life in the area. The neighborhoods involved are Al-Murrah, Az-Zohour, Al-Khalidiya, Al-Hindawiya Al-Gharbiyya, Jirham Al-Janoubiyya, Al-Hindawiya Al-Janoubiyya, and Al-Hijla. The Secretariat has called on property owners in these neighborhoods to register their properties via the "Matam" platform, in alignment with efforts to develop the Makkah neighborhoods and promote the city’s sustainability.
