Humain to develop 250MW AI centers in Saudi Arabia

Humain, a company owned by the Saudi Public Investment Fund, plans to operate up to 250 megawatts of AI data center capacities within the Kingdom before the end of 2026, with ambitions to increase this to one gigawatt by 2027 and target more than six gigawatts in the future. The company's plans include establishing seven AI campuses on designated land and expanding computing capabilities through partnerships with major firms such as Amazon and AMD. The available electrical capacity for the company reaches 14 gigawatts. It also has a $5 billion investment to develop an AI manufacturing plant in collaboration with Amazon, along with a plan to train 100,000 people, all aimed at strengthening the Kingdom's capabilities in AI applications both domestically and globally.
