Hamdan bin Mohammed: Students abroad are Dubai’s future

The Emirati leadership, represented by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Rashed Al Maktoum, emphasized the importance of investing in national talents and supporting Emirati students studying at the world's top universities. The goal is to build a generation capable of leading Dubai's and the UAE's future development. The initiative includes scholarship programs supporting vital fields such as artificial intelligence, sustainable energy, and medicine. So far, 152 students have been supported through previous programs, and the current cohort comprises around 100 students from the third batch for 2026. The program focuses on developing national competencies, transforming knowledge into national achievements, and providing comprehensive support from educational authorities and leadership. Its aim is to prepare future leaders who meet Dubai’s aspirations and Dubai Plan 2033.
