Dammam Airports and Universal discuss General Aviation lounge

The Dammam Airports are preparing to open the General Aviation Terminal at King Fahd International Airport in collaboration with Universal Weather & Aviation. This is the company's first station in Saudi Arabia. The initiative aims to support the growth of the private aviation market in the Eastern Province and increase operational capacity for services dedicated to this sector. The project covers an area of over 23,000 square meters and includes private aircraft aprons and parking, a passenger lounge of approximately 4,000 square meters, as well as ground service facilities. The goal of this project is to enhance the airport’s position in the general aviation market and to capitalize on the region’s economic and investment growth, in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and its aviation infrastructure development programs.
