Al-Diriyah funds 2bn Riyal hotel project

Al Diriyah Company and the Arab National Bank have signed a financing agreement worth 2 billion riyals (approximately $533 million) to develop a series of hotel residential units within the Diriyah and Wadi Safar projects. The aim is to build luxurious residential units branded by international hotel chains. This agreement reflects investors’ confidence in Diriyah's long-term projects and contributes to accommodating around 100,000 residents through the construction of 18,000 upscale housing units. It is part of the company's strategy to develop assets that include residences, cultural centers, and sports and recreational facilities across areas spanning a total of 76 square kilometers, with development works ongoing and involving more than 63,000 workers.
