Al-Qassim Develops 15M sqm Vacant Land

The Saudi Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing announced that the Qassim Region has seen the development and trading of 15 million square meters of vacant land, including 606,000 square meters fully developed and 6 million square meters currently being traded. Development continues on an additional 8 million square meters. Revenue from the white land fee has contributed to supporting five housing projects and infrastructure in the region, as well as boosting the real estate sector by encouraging landowners to develop their land and reducing speculation.
