Year acquires Avia Partners Liège

Alsaal Saudi Logistics Services Company has acquired full ownership of Belgium-based Aviapartner Liège. This move enables the expansion of its network to 20 stations worldwide and marks its first presence outside of Saudi Arabia. Liège Airport, the fifth-largest air cargo hub in Europe handling over one million tons of freight annually, is a strategic acquisition focus. It is situated within the "Golden Triangle" of European air cargo, which moves more than 70% of the region's freight. This acquisition aims to enhance operational integration, offer specialized cargo services, and support shipping flows between the Kingdom and Europe. It aligns with Saudi Vision 2030 to expand the logistics sector and strengthen international connectivity. The deal was valued at approximately 120 million SAR (28 million euros) and was financed through the company’s own resources.
