King Fahd Park Taif development 310M Riyals

The Abdullah Al Othaim Investment Group plans to undertake a comprehensive development project for King Fahd Park in Taif under the name "Al Othaim Hills," with an investment of 310 million Riyals. The project covers an estimated area of approximately 250,000 square meters and includes an entertainment area for families and children with over 30 rides and 10 entertainment experiences, as well as zones for restaurants and cafes, a cinema, the "The O Grand" hotel, 13 hotel apartments, and outdoor adventure and activity areas. A portion of the original park, covering about 98,000 square meters, will be preserved. The project is expected to be inaugurated in phases, starting with the entertainment zone. Its goal is to revive King Fahd Park and transform it into an integrated tourist and commercial destination, with an aim to list it on the Saudi stock market within this year.
