Abu Dhabi Unveils Marsa Al Saadiyat Project

Abu Dhabi has launched the "Saadiyat Marina" project with a value of 100 billion dirhams. It involves developing a tourism, residential, and entertainment platform covering an area of 6.4 million square meters. The project includes Abu Dhabi's largest marina with a capacity of up to 350 marinas, an 8-kilometer-long waterfront, and high-tech residential facilities featuring luxury villas, apartments, as well as entertainment and cultural amenities such as the Dar Al-Fonoun theater, which will have more than 6,000 seats when it opens in 2030. Sales of residential units are expected to begin in the second half of 2026, with infrastructure implementation planned for the third quarter of the same year. The project will connect two islands, Umm Yifina and Al Reem, via a network of roads and high-speed trains to facilitate access and provide an integrated environment for residents and visitors.
