Arizona fraternity suspended after assault report
The University of Arizona suspended activities for the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity following allegations that two men sexually assaulted a female student at the fraternity house in August. The university’s investigation revealed the student woke up to being assaulted after drinking and consensual kissing, with the incident reported to police the next day. The fraternity was already on probation for hazing and is now prohibited from hosting or attending activities while the case continues.
