Retired NYPD detective faces murder charge in bridge shooting

A retired NYPD detective has been arrested after allegedly shooting and killing Con Edison worker Koran Irvine on the George Washington Bridge in New York City. The incident appears to be linked to a road rage confrontation between the two Rockland County residents. Irvine, who had worked for Con Edison for 20 years, was shot in the shoulder, crashed his vehicle, and died at a hospital.
