Feds link DNA to Ilhan Omar immigration case

Federal prosecutors are using DNA evidence in an investigation into Congresswoman Ilhan Omar to substantiate allegations of immigration fraud, including claims she married her brother to obtain a green card. The investigation, involving court searches and evidence collection, also examines her finances and potential misrepresentations in immigration documents. The case could result in charges related to conspiracy or civil violations, though moving to revoke her citizenship remains unprecedented. Omar denies any wrongdoing, and her defense contends there is no legal basis for such allegations.
