Redick hints at Lakers roster cut before Warriors

The Los Angeles Lakers are set to trim their roster from 16 to 15 players before Opening Night, with third-year wing Dalton Knecht expected to be the most likely to be waived. Coach JJ Redick noted team changes and new additions have made Knecht’s position difficult, and he has not regained his pre-trade confidence. If a trade cannot be made, waiving knecht is the likely outcome.
