L.A. city worker among four charged in graffiti incident
Four men, including a Los Angeles Department of Water and Power employee, are accused of causing over $170,000 in graffiti damage across downtown Los Angeles during a yearlong spree. They allegedly used specialized equipment and drones to reach high building surfaces and record their vandalism, with motives linked to social media attention and profit. The arrests follow incidents at historic downtown sites, Pershing Square, and around Wilshire Boulevard and La Brea Avenue.
