UK government considers future of largest telescope
The UK government is exploring long-term funding options for Jodrell Bank Observatory, home to the UK's largest telescope, amid uncertain future prospects. The Lovell telescope, a significant instrument in astrophysics and part of the e-Merlin network, remains central to UK astronomy efforts.
