Steve Hilton's tacos

Gubernatorial candidate Steve Hilton is actively courting Latino voters in California by promoting affordability and lower taxes, while emphasizing the importance of legal immigration. The article highlights a disconnect between Hilton's outreach efforts and his stance on immigration reform, contrasting his position with Democratic opponent Xavier Becerra’s support for protections of undocumented immigrants.
