Thousand of bottles of chlorthalidone tablets used to treat high blood pressure have been voluntarily recalled nationwide due to dissolution issues, according to the FDA. The recall, initiated by Inventia Healthcare Ltd., affects over 13,500 bottles with an expiration date of April 2027. This follows a previous recall in June for similar dissolution problems affecting over 11,400 bottles.
