United Airlines has upgraded privacy features in its Polaris business class suites on some Boeing 787-9 aircraft by installing sliding doors, now certified by the FAA and expected to be operational within weeks. These suites are available on select international routes, including flights from San Francisco to destinations such as Singapore, London, Seoul, Zurich, São Paulo, Tokyo, and Sydney. The airline plans to introduce similar privacy doors on its upcoming Airbus A321XLR aircraft, although a service date has not been announced.
